Comfort Rx, a Health Essentials pharmacy

Comfort Rx, a Health Essentials company, opened in 2008 as a start-up pharmacy to exclusively support the medication and clinical needs of Hospice Touch and Gerinet Healthcare patients. Today, Comfort Rx is a full-service pharmacy providing specialized pharmaceutical care for hospice patients in the greater Southern California area. With clinical pharmacists available for consultations 24 hours a day, Comfort Rx is committed to excellence in palliative care pharmacy services for patients enrolled in hospice programs.


Client Services

In treating the frail elderly, Comfort Rx understands that time is of the essence and every hour matters. Our clinical pharmacist can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Our dedicated clinical pharmacists, technicians, and delivery drivers are readily available to provide any necessary support for our patients. Comfort Rx offers patients, families, and partners a variety of pharmacy services including:

Our pharmacists are directly involved with after-hours triage. In fact, the same pharmacist you consulted with during the day will be the same pharmacist who is assuming on call duties for after-hours service to ensure continuity and completeness on all inquiries.
